Tracilli Beswayan, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Tracilli, or Traci (for short), is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered mental health care. She began her nursing career in 2017 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nevada State University, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and clinical practice. Driven by her passion for mental health, Traci pursued advanced education and earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2023.
With over eight years of nursing experience, Traci has had the opportunity to care for diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. This breadth of experience has given her valuable insight into the unique mental health challenges faced at every stage of life and strengthened her ability to provide individualized, culturally sensitive, and age-appropriate care.
As a PMHNP, Traci specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric disorders, working closely with patients to develop tailored treatment plans. She integrates evidence-based practices with empathy and compassion, ensuring that care is not only clinically effective but also supportive of each patient’s personal journey.
Her mission is to empower individuals to take an active role in their mental health journey, fostering resilience, promoting stability, and enhancing overall quality of life. By combining clinical expertise with genuine compassion, Traci is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow and thrive.
